Penny's

Dinner. Gyoza: very good; Vietnamese spring rolls: good, nice big peanut chunks in the sauce; hot pepper noodle with chicken: very very good (the Saturday cook rules!), almost too spicy though. Had the same bad waiter we had before, but he wasn't bad to us; instead, he completely screwed the table next to us.
