Penny's

Dinner: gyoza (excellent), Vietnamese spring rolls (tasted really off to me), lad nar with chicken (good, but seemed like not much chicken), hot pepper noodle with chicken (again, not as good as normal -- who the heck is cooking on Wednesdays?). Our waiter was new, and dinner for some reason took about twice as long as normal for Penny's; he has much to learn about pacing.
