Dirk's Fish & Gourmet Shop crab cakes

Dinner. Crab cakes: very, very good -- huge chunks of delicious crab meat, not like anything I've ever seen in any restaurant. Need to learn how to cook them better, I scorched one side, cooked the other side OK, and the middle ended up fine (surprisingly).
