Guacamole: very good; "Las Cazuelas" (baked asadero cheese in casserole with chile poblano, chile de árbol salsa, with tortillas): not very good; Empanadas Potosinas (empanadas stuffed with asadero cheese, fresco cheese and epazote; served with chile árbol-tomatillo salsa): OK; special plantain pastry: very very good; special quesadilla: very good.
