Paulina Meat Market gnocchi

Dinner. Gnocchi from Paulina Meat Market, with tomato, basil, and cream sauce (i.e., vodka sauce without the vodka) from Pam Anderson's How to Cook Without a Book: absolutely delicious. Gnocchi had a perfect texture, not gummy, not mushy.

Need more than a pound of gnocchi for a recipe of sauce. But one pound is about 3 full servings. And the leftovers get overcooked and mushy. So, tricky to work out the portions.
