Matsuya

Dinner. (Coast sushi had a 1-hour wait at 7:00. We drove to Matsuya and were immediately seated!) Crunch roll: very good; spicy tuna roll: good; ET roll: good; eel roll: surprisingly good, not crispy like I remember eel (sushi) being at Bob San; salmon sushi: very good; tuna sushi: very good, and very very very wasabi-licious (almost too spicy); yellowtail: very good.

MH says to avoid their fatty tuna (toro), because it wasn't white tuna.
