Dinner. White bean purée, herbed crostini; summer corn chowder; heirloom tomatoes with cherve-avocado mousse; chile-lime salmon with mango-cucumber salsa, orzo with basil, summer string beans; cheesecake with fruit compote. Very good. Entertaining show, much better than expected. The chef was the best part.
