Graffiti, St. Louis, MO

Lunch, dine in. Chicken wings, Graffiti style (sweet and sour): not bad flavor, but chewy wings; fish and chips: not bad, but very small pieces of fish, French fries instead of waffle fries (as menu read) weren't that good. Overall, not very good food. Our server was crazy wacked-out spacey.
