King Salmon from Dirk's Fish

Clybourn/Armitage. Very very good fish. Pricey, but probably worth it. Much better taste than the salmon we've gotten at Whole Foods, and much better looking than good old Jewel. Apparently everything is sushi-grade, and the salmon is flown in 3 times a week, and the fish case is 90% cleared out every single day. What a find! Need to check into their frozen lobster bisque and the shelled deveined uncooked shrimp!
