Dirk's Fish & Gourmet Shop Sockeye, Chilean Sea Bass, and Halibut

Dinner. Sockeye wasn't great, I think I prefer King (which didn't look that good in the display case), or maybe the farm-raised. However, ordering the sockeye was unexpectedly exciting, because they brought out a full (huge!) salmon and filleted it and cleaned it before our very eyes!
